Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Shipping insurance is optional and must be arranged by the customer. Wish and Whisper does not assume responsibility for additional fees or insurance coverage.

Order Issues
Your experience matters to us. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to info@wishandwhisper.se and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please email info@wishandwhisper.se within 2 days of receiving your parcel and include a clear photo of the fault.
- Lost parcels: If your parcel is confirmed lost by the postal service, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 30 business days. Unfortunately, if we are not informed within this timeframe, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
- Delivered but not received: If your tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. However, we will provide the courier’s details so you can open an inquiry directly with them.
